Our goal is to provide you with the best customer service available. Most of our staff have been with us for years and they are experts in the service and fulfillment of your treadmill.

Shipping

Most deliveries are made by third-party shipping companies. We generally ship all approved orders within 2-4 business days, and shipping takes between 5-10 business days (in the contiguous US) depending on the final destination. Please review these details regarding shipping.

For your convenience, we've negotiated a range of delivery and installation options to suit most needs. If you require special delivery or installation handling, please let us know. We'll do our best to accommodate you.

Order Tracking

Once we've shipped your order, you can track your shipment on-line using your Order Number. Track your shipment here. We'll tell you when your order was shipped and by what carrier. You will be contacted by the carrier for a convenient delivery time.

Warranty Registration

To be eligible for warranty service on your purchase, you must register your product. You may register your purchase either by sending in the Warranty Registration card in the back of your User's Manual or by completing our on-line Warranty Registration. Please also see the important warranty information that came with your purchase or see our on-line support area.

Repair Service

TreadmillByNet will pay for the labor charges for any repairs that occur within the first year after purchase. TreadmillByNet reserves the right to hire and reimburse one of over 600 certified technicians in our database. In areas where there are no available service technicians, we may choose to send the part directly to the consumer with installation instructions. In this case TreadmillByNet will reimburse the customer $75 per occurrence. In most cases these repairs are minor and simple.

The best way to request service for your Smooth product is to fill out our on-line Service Request Form. We will respond to your request with a confirmation call or e-mail within 4 business hours. After determining the problem, we will follow up with appropriate corrective action.

Many service problems and questions can be solved right over the phone. Most treadmills and elliptical trainers have diagnostics built right into the console and we can usually define the problem by walking the customer through a few button clicks on that first phone call. If for any reason TreadmillByNet is not able to repair the unit we will replace it at no cost to the customer, guaranteed!

We provide technical phone support through our toll free number five days a week (888-800-1167). Service requests can be made 24 hours per day through our request form. Our technicians will respond within the next business day.
