Most deliveries
will be made by third-party shipping companies. In an attempt
to provide flexible shipping and delivery options, we have negotiated
the following classes of delivery:
Curbside
Delivery (standard)
With
Curbside delivery, the shipper will remove the product from
the truck and place it on your property. You will still need
to bring the unit into your building yourself. It would be a
good idea to have a friend available to help.
Inside
Delivery - First Enclosure
Shipper
will bring the unit into the first enclosure of your building,
office, or garage - most likely which ever is closest to the
truck. Shippers will not be equipped to go up or down stairs.
Inside Delivery takes an additional 2-5 business days to arrange.
Inside Delivery is available only for home gyms.
Turnkey
Shipper
will unload, place, and setup your treadmill anywhere in your
home or office (limit of one flight of stairs, up or down 12
steps), and remove packing materials. If you want to keep the
packaging, you must ask the shipper. Turnkey service is not
available for home gyms. Turnkey service requires 1-2 weeks
additional setup.

Not all services are available with all products. These services
are available in the Continental US only. Please call if you
need to make other arrangements.
