TreadmillByNet
will pay for the labor charges for any repairs that occur within
the first year after purchase. TreadmillByNet reserves the
right to hire and reimburse one of over 600 certified technicians
in our database. In areas where there are no available service
technicians, we may choose to send the part directly to the
consumer with installation instructions. In this case TreadmillByNet
will reimburse the customer $75 per occurrence. In most cases
these repairs are minor and simple.
The
best way to request service for your Smooth product is to fill
out our on-line
Service Request Form. We will respond to your request with
a confirmation call or e-mail within 24 hours (Mon.-Fri.). After
determining the problem, we will follow up with appropriate
corrective action. In addition, we provide technical phone support
through our toll free number five days a week (888-800-1167).
Many
service problems and questions can be solved right over the
phone. Most treadmills and elliptical trainers have diagnostics
built right into the console and we can usually define the problem
by walking the customer through a few button clicks on that
first phone call. If for any reason TreadmillByNet is not able
to repair the unit we will replace it at no cost to the customer,
guaranteed!
