Return Policy
Customer who bought new products directly from TreadmillByNet (TBN), may return them to TBN within 10 days of the date of delivery for a refund or credit of the product purchase price. If you are an organization that bought the products under a written agreement with TBN, the agreement may contain different terms for the return of products than specified by this policy. To return products, you must call TreadmillByNet to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns must be made using the original packaging in good condition. The returned merchandise must be shipped back to TBN within 10 days of receiving the RMA. You must also prepay shipping charges and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. This policy applies to all products sold by TBN, with the exception of Smooth Treadmills, where the customer may return the treadmill up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
