TreadmillByNet will pay for the labor charges for any repairs that occur within the first year after purchase. TBN reserves the right to hire and reimburse one of over 600 certified technicians in our database. In areas where there are no available service technicians, TBN may choose to send the part directly to the consumer with installation instructions. In this case we will reimburse the customer $75 per occurrence. In most cases these repairs are minor and simple.

You may call our service department directly. For any Smooth 5.0P, 5.1HRC, 5.3P, 8.5P, 8.8HRC, 9.2or 9.3 series call 888-340-0482. For all other treadmills, including the Smooth 5.5HR, 7.1 HR, 9.15 HR, 7.5HR, 9.1 series or 9.6 series call 1-888-800-1167 and select option #2.

In addition, you can fill out an online service request form to report any service related issue. We will respond to your request with a confirmation call the next business day. After determining the problem, we will ship the part to the service technician. We will then call you to confirm your service appointment.

Many service problems and questions can be solved right over the phone. Most treadmills have diagnostics built right into the console and we can usually define the problem by walking the customer through a few button clicks on that first phone call. If for any reason TBN is not able to repair the treadmill we will replace it at no cost to the customer guaranteed!

We provide technical phone support through our toll free number six days a week. Service requests can be made 24 hours per day through our request form. Our technicians will respond the next business day.
